<p>Epidermoid cysts are developmental malformations which soft, mobile and slow-growing masses they unattached to the overlying skin. The most common cervical location of these is floor mouth without any gender predilection. following report presents a case on epidermoid cyst its management discussion various differential diagnoses. This with painless swelling over dysphagia, dysarthria orthopnea. Thorough history examination was done. Preoperative assessment made CT imaging. Complete surgical excision mass done via intraoral approach under general anaesthesia an uneventful recovery period. Swellings can be congenital, infectious, inflammatory or tumours. evaluation by taking thorough history, radiological Surgical treatment choice for based relation mylohyoid muscle.</p>
